Non-refundable rates require full prepayment at the time of booking and it is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Flexible rates require a 25% deposit at the time of the booking - guest can choose to pay the entire amount.

Guests can cancel free of charge until 14 days before the scheduled arrival, ensuring a full refund.
For cancellations made within 7-14 days before the arrival date, a 25% charge will apply to the total booking cost.
Cancellations made 7 days or less before the scheduled arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
